The Made in Japan Limited Kusumi Color Telecaster® Thinline is a Japan-made limited edition product featuring a "Kusumi color" body. "Kusumi color" is a recent popular trend characterized by subdued, sophisticated tones achieved by lowering color saturation. This color scheme is widely used in clothing, furniture, and accessories. Fender, known for its wide variety of colors, has incorporated this fashionable trend into the popular Telecaster® Thinline model.
In this edition, "Kusumi color" is applied not only to the body but also to the position inlays and headstock logo, creating a uniquely cohesive design. The carefully selected alder wood, combined with the Telecaster® Thinline's signature hollow body construction, not only reduces weight but also produces a warm, resonant sound with rich overtones.
The satin-finished neck, narrow tall 22 frets, and 9.5-inch radius fingerboard on the Modern “C” shape maple neck ensure comfortable playability, even during long performances.
